ERIEC’s mentorship and networking programs support career and economic integration for new immigrant professionals to Canada and offer a range of services and methods that help immigrant professionals to build their local network and understand the Canadian workplace culture. Shashi has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management. She has been in a leadership capacity for more than 20 years and has rich experience in studying and working abroad. She started as an entrepreneur, a language trainer, and facilitated group workshops for newcomers in India, Canada, the Philippines, Bangladesh, and Dubai and has facilitated virtual workshops for adult learners (immigrants) all over the world. She has extensive experience working with immigrants to Canada and is passionate about helping them integrate and succeed in Canada.
