A new program provided by NorQuest College
The NorQuest College is launching a new pilot program in January 2021 called Language for Health Care Aide Workplace.
This program is funded by the Government of Alberta, so there are no fees or costs to students. It supports English language learners in developing their English language proficiency. It supports learners by improving their English, so that they can meet the entry requirements for Healthcare Aide Certification program. The program is fully online and asynchronous and we are building supports in the rural communities to support learners that may be located in the regions.

The NorQuest College is also holding an info session for prospective students and anyone who works with newcomers in the healthcare aide profession.
