ERIEC 2020 – The Year in Review
As the holiday season begins, we take time to reflect on the past year and recall all the wonderful individuals and organizations who have played an important part in our activities and successes.
72 mentees were accepted in the Career Mentorship Program for the 2020 - 2021 fiscal year to date and 142 participants attended our Intercultural Workshops.
It was a difficult and challenging year for all of us. Our last in-person, live event hosted by ERIEC was the 10th Edmonton Global Talent Conference held at the Fantasyland Hotel & Conference Centre on Monday, February 24th, 2020. It now seems like a ‘lifetime’ ago!
Since April 2020 we have coordinated and hosted 12 webinars with just under 600 participants attending these our Networking Programs. We have officially ‘pivoted’ to our new virtual world! And we still have more to come in 2021! Even our ERIEC team birthdays were celebrated virtually online!
Thank you all for your valuable support this year to ERIEC mentorship and networking programs! We couldn’t have done without your collaboration.
