Fahad Mughal is happy that his dream of making a life for himself, his wife and his two boys, in Canada is finally a reality.

Last Wednesday, November 19th, members of the Edmonton business community and internationally educated professionals were gathered together in the Art Gallery of Alberta to celebrate ERIEC’s five years of mentor/ mentee successes and employer partnerships.

I moderated a panel discussion where the panellists responded to a series of questions to assist attendees (about 100 job seekers who were mostly engineers) to have a better understanding regarding the “criteria by which they are evaluated.
